Types of headaches and their causes

Head.aches caused by tension: In general, these are headaches that occur bilaterally (both sides) and usually diffuse. Such pain can occur daily and can be stretched for periods of time.
Hea.dache from medicines: Such headaches are generally cyclical and go quickly to drugs based on caffeine. The problem is that the pain reappears after several hours when caffeine is eliminated from the body. Treatment of these can be difficult because the body’s addiction to a substance.
Allergic h.eadache: Develop from factors like smoke, scent, or from different foods. It can not only cause headaches, but can also trigger migraines. Many drugs taken without a prescription can also cause headaches.
H e a d a c h e s caused by stress: Such headaches are common in all age groups and are associated directly with the stress of everyday life. Fatigue, stress, effort of different types or too much sleep can trigger these headaches.
Effort migraines: Pain starts suddenly and intensely, and grows rapidly. People who exercise frequently may suffer with so called effort migraine.
Natural headache remedies
Headache cures with correct diagnosis and medications. However, there are some other steps described below, that proves beneficial to relieve headache pain.
- Exercise and physical activity: To relieve headache, do regular exercise, physical activity. Aerobics is also a good option.
- Yoga with meditation and breathing control: Yoga and meditation help in relieving from stress, which is the root cause of most of the headaches. Try to get breath of fresh air daily in a park, or city outskirts.
- Massage: Massage with balms can often prove beneficial.
- Comb your hair and scalp with fingertips.
- If you have headache triggered by cold, drink green tea with ginger and sugar. Take 3 g of green tea leaves, 15 g of brown sugar and 7 g of ginger. Infuse ingredients in boiling water and drink.
- If you have headache triggered by heat, drink broth of beans and rice. Take 60 g of beans, 60 g of rice. Keep the beans in water the night. Place rice and beans in a container along with three cups water and boil them. Drink twice a day for three days.
